We add and take away coverage on different vehicles, equipment and motorcycles, bought and sold, many times a year. Not once have I ever had to remind Mark or any of his team that we need the coverage adjusted ASAP. Our options through Progressive are sent to us almost instantly and proof of coverage is generally text and or emailed before we close the deal. When you’re in the middle of a business deal you don’t have time to go to a website. VP Insurance Services takes care of it for me. Unlike the “contact us” option on the website I have direct contact to my personal managing agent. I speak to him directly not a different customer service rep every time I call. Mark understands I value my time. We have had seamless communications over the past 5 years. I’ve never had a problem concerning questions or claims. He continues to earn my business.
